Das Apartment ist ideal für eine kleine Familie. Es ist modern und schlicht eingerichtet und liegt..

Das Apartment ist ideal für eine kleine Familie. Es ist modern und schlicht eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig – trotz der Straßenlage sind vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge kaum wahrnehmbar. Der Hafen in List ist in nur drei Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, und man genießt noch einen schönen Weitblick über die Nordsee. Besonders charmant: Aus dem Bett heraus kann man die Fähre beim An- und Ablegen beobachten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sowie die Infrastruktur vor Ort sind hervorragend – ein echter Pluspunkt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt unter anderem über einen Quooker für Heißwasser sowie einen integrierten Weinkühler. Für gemütliche Abende steht ein Ethanolkamin zur Verfügung, der sich theoretisch bequem per Fernbedienung bedienen lässt. Was man wissen sollte: Vor dem Apartment befindet sich derzeit eine Baustelle, auf der weitere Apartments errichtet werden. Zwar war während unseres Aufenthalts kein störender Baulärm zu hören, dennoch sollte diese Information im Vorfeld transparent kommuniziert werden.
