“The only hotel that charge for parking £13.50 per night. No internet available. Expedia failed to inform of parking charges. Expedia not returned email with a request of a vat receipt. The only time Expedia get in touch is when they want a review.”

“The wifi was down the entire stay, very disappointed.”

“The car park is a little walk to reception although there is a drop off area. Great greeting from the staff who offered to carry bags as there is no lift!”

“Very good environment and resturant.”

“Beware if you are thinking about booking their rooms. Telephone attendant have no idea when their reception open/closes. They told us the checkin is open until 12AM and when we reach at 11:30, there was no one - they locked and went home. Their emergency number is another joke, don’t expect anyone will help you in case of emergency at night. We cancelled our trip and went back.”

“Nice friendly reception staff, lovely clean room with a safe, iron and iron board, refreshments available. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna very well kept, lovely bar service nice and friendly and food was lovely. Comfy bed and soft pillows. We had a lovely full English breakfast in the morning where you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, we would definitely stay here again, nice and relaxing overnight stay.”

“Not very clean.”

“前台服務員很好 早餐有點失望 煎蛋放得太久太硬”

“很好，房間夠大，地理位置非常方便”

“Breakfast was really good.”

“Basic hotel room. Small bathroom and shower. Old Premier Inn property. Nothing special. Car parking onsite. Walk 50 meters to bar and restaurant. Overpriced. Didn't eat there.”
