The room was not ready when we arrived but the staff finished within a reasonable time. We had a couple of issues with the room that rhe staff took care of. When we placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, the lovely housekeeping staff left us a sweet basket full of toiletries and needed item. So thoughtful.

Nice room, although the electrical outlets were inconveniently placed. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and very close to the Welsh National Roman Legion Museum.

A big shout out to the staff which work here, very often you will stay somewhere and you’ll encounter 1 or 2 excellent staff with the rest just doing their job. This was not our experience at the Priory, every single member of staff acknowledged us with a friendly smile and an attentive attitude. We were a group of 4 and we all remarked how refreshing it was that we were welcomed and made to feel at home at the Priory. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Lovely setting and very friendly staff. Restaurant was quite expensive and one meal was not cooked well. Only one EV charging point that was always in use and we couldn't charge the car.
