"The listing describes this property as “Beautiful” and “Extravagant,” but while the home is large, it is far from extravagant. It was not well-stocked with basic essentials — there was no toaster, no mixing bowls, no blow dryer, and not enough blankets for our group.We had to request multiple items that should have already been provided, and although the host was responsive to some of our needs, it felt like the home was unprepared for guests, especially a group of 10.The pool required our own intervention to be usable, and the outdoor traffic noise made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.We reached out with our concerns and requested a partial refund, but unfortunately, never received any follow-up.Overall, the lack of essentials, unresolved issues, and poor communication after our stay made this a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made."
