Room was spotless and had the most magnificent view, was small but is what you would expect of an historic hotel. Was amazing to step back into the past. Staff were fantastic and obviously loved their job.

The Carrington Hotel
Clean very small room. Shower in a very high spa bath- very dangerous for older travelers. Ate next door in The Bank very nice & lovely staff. Didn’t partake of breakfast as $30 a head a bit steep

Metropole Katoomba
Nice room and bathroom with Comfy bed(s). Friendly and courteous staff. Hotel ideal for rail travellers. On another note we prepaid breakfast with our booking; this was a mistake as much cheaper to buy on the day. Also plenty of choice for breakfast in ithe town. All in all good value.
