「Room was very clean and house was beautiful. GREAT location for going to downtown Newport/Mansions/Cliff walk/etc. Bed: mattress comfortable but wooden bed VERY squeaky. Loud squeaks woke you up every time you shifted position TV: could not get any local stations. Not a huge deal for us at all, but may be for others Electrical outlets: lamp on right-side of bed was not even plugged in bc there's no outlet. Understand that this is an older house, but having places to charge...

「This is such a cute place. If we are ever in the area we would stay again. Great for 1 or a couple. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. Once you are up there the view is really pretty, a little marina where you can watch recreational boats float in and out. The decor is coastal. Bed is very comfortable and it has most of everything you are looking for. The hot tub should be removed from the listing as it's not really usable.
