  • Spry 4 is a 1485 square foot two bedroom unit with king bed in the master bedroom, private balcony with water view in two diretions. Cupola provides an amazing addition to the spacious feel of this unit with two sitting areas in the living, dining, kitchen that open to a 30' balcony overlooking the water 100' away. Well equipped kitchen, quartz countertops, island with seating in addition to the dining table. Induction stove cooktop, 36' french door frig with icemaker, pantry cabinets. Smart TV and Starlink internet.
