Horrible

The place was dirty stains all over the carpet throughout the condo. Walls was dirty needed to be painted. Would not recommend staying there

Great management company to work with. Pleasant to talk with and quick to respond. They did what they could to address the concerns. The unit is old and dirty. Not fully equipped. The management company did move me to another unit. Which I did appreciate. However even the 2nd unit would not be one I would use again.

Good location, but needs freshened up.

The location is great and the unit itself is nice with a lot of promise, but there are a few glaring defects that prevent a rating any higher than three stars. First, the carpet in the entire unit needs replaced. It looks like a local fraternity threw a spring break party and spilled every single drink possible on the carpet and let the stains sink in before anyone attempted to clean up. There was also broken furniture sitting in the corner when I checked in. Both of these issues were so significant that I felt compelled to send pictures to the property manager right after I checked in to ensure I wouldn't be charged for the damage. We were only there for the weekend and it was sufficient for our needs, but unless the carpet is replaced and the broken furniture replaced I would not stay here again. Especially for the price I paid.
