“The experience was good and in a remote hill top and access way to ski areas. The app I was not able to download and had a little trouble figuring out where to find food (take out) from nearby restaurants and there was no printed guide to the area. The setting was nice. But I never met anyone from the inn which was a different experience than I am used to. Otherwise everything worked fine. And check out via text was perfect. I would go back again.”

“Hot shower water temperature warm, not hot, could be better if a bit hotter. Bathroom shower sliding door did not work properly. Multiple hairs found on a corner of the bathroom behind the door. Fast and efficient check in. Easy parking. Clean lobby and common area. The room was well cleaned overall except hairs found behind the bathroom door. Overall a positive experience”

“Hyde Away Inn, though rustic and simple, was perfectly enjoyable. Accommodations were spare but comfortable and dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff were friendly, courteous and timely. Really a nice place if you don't need all the bells and whistles. The basics were just fine.”

“Our room was conveniently located in the heart of the resort! Someone in an earlier review mentioned the gondola being right outside the room. Yes it is and that is your view but the gondola only runs during the day and you can hardly hear it. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was difficult to get in, the key/doorknob didn’t work but was able to communicate with owner to find another key. There weren’t sheets for the bed but able to contact management who sent some over before bedtime.”

“Location was great overall property needs some work. The water was very minimally smelling almost to the point where you didn't want to take the shower. The shower drain filled up and didn't drain properly so you were standing in dirty water the whole time showering. The kitchen sink drain p-trap was not properly secured and started leaking how to put a bucket under it so not to flood the place out while washing dishes by hand.”

“This property is pretty run down and poorly stocked for a condo, espcially at this price. It's dirty, in some cases disgustingly so (stained furniture, stuff on the walls, etc.) The bedding is pretty much the lowest quality you can imagine, and a lot of the fixtures don't work. Don't expect anything that a typical condo may come with, like say shampoo. It's definitely had water damage and a host of other problems that have never really been fixed. We hoped to check in early as we were attending a wedding - but were told they were short-staffed, so no early check-in; they would leave a key at the front desk.
