"Multiple power outages, room was very warm no matter how low the AC was, elevators not working due to power issues, fire alarm going off I assume to power issues. It was a terrible experience. I know this is no fault of the staff, and they were excellent, but man was this stay awful. No rest "

"Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again. "This was a nice play stay for one night, easy to get to, close to anything and everything and staff was helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn’t that great. Otherwise it was okay."

"I book Based on price and star rating. Not sure how this is an 8. I showed up to check in just after 2, was told it was 3pm Check in and it was $25 for early. This ain’t Vegas… There were only a few tv channels; breakfast was spotty (at 7am oj was empty, only one biscuit.) I could not get the room cool even though it was only 80 outside. It did cool Off later at night. I’m 70 with bad knees, and this place has no elevator. It tools me two trips up to bring my stuff. I’ve put it on my NO list for Littke Rock. I travel 4 days a week so I’m actually not that picky."
