This property was amazing! So much room and the beds were really comfortable. The decorating was very elegant yet liveable like home. Also, the outdoors areas were really nice and the whole property felt like a retreat. The location was close to everything downtown, yet it felt so hidden and tucked away. Would definitely stay here again!

A really nice place to stay close to downtown

This property is cute and very modern! Theres gated parking to lock up your vehicles(2). The back gate was slightly hard to find but the owner was very nice and helpful with finding it and locating the key. They had everything you need to stay there to cook, clean, just make yourself at home!

5 minutes from everything & super nice!

The location was fantastic! But the surprise was how amazing the experience was! The bed sheet quality was AMAZING, the bathroom setup was thoughtful with a double vanity & shower storage and pre-stocked soaps were top notch, and I will definitely be looking for reasons to come back!

Cute place

The place was clean and the space was perfect for us. The outdoor areas were fun but it was a little cold to be able stay out and fully take it in. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and it was a perfect place to decompress. I would highly recommend it!

Clean cozy guest house

Was pleasantly surprised with this rental. Clean comfortable and perfect for our girls trip. Close to downtown but felt safe. Host had all the extras to make it feel like home.

The absolute best!

This was our second time renting this place and it was great! Always way better then a hotel. We feel right at home because this rental has EVERYTHING! The neighborhood is quiet and in a nice area near everything. I favor the security gate that closes behind the parked cars. We will be back again soon!

An oasis in Little Rock

This gem is the best we have stayed at! Lots of space, tons of extras and amenities, beautifully decorated and super clean. Host was attentive and thought of everything. Only a mile from UMAS and easy access to restaurants. Vino’s pizza is the best. We hope this property is available for our next trip to UAMS.

This home is in a great location, easy to get on and off of the interstate and get to downtown. The home is VERY clean and well maintained. We will keep this one on my list of homes to return to in the future.

Positives: Very close to UAMS (even closer to Children's), EV charger was easy to use, house was very clean. GREAT place for us to stay. Our first choice when we need to go to UAMS.Wishes: We cook for ourselves a lot, so we wish that there were a few more options for pots/pans - a pot with a lid to cook rice or soup would be a good addition. Also needs a working can-opener.

Excellent Gem in LR!

We loved our stay in this little house!! It's a great location, plenty of room for 2 people (probably up to 4, but I'm snobby and I like having my own bathroom!), and incredibly well appointed for such a petite house! The only thing I will note is that the instructions for where to park are a little unclear, but Ruth answered our phone call immediately and was able to help! We would definitely stay here again!

Tennis trip

We played in a tennis tournament and the house was close to everything. The house was adorable and very clean. If we are ever in Little Rock again, we will definitely stay here again.
