Clean, comfortable room on shabby, ill-maintained grounds. Single or female travellers might well consider the location unsafe: property seemed to attract non-guests who hungout by stairwells. Would not recommend were I staying in Little Rock AR, but okay for our overnight crashpad on a crosscountry trip. Quiet, comfortable room: got a good night's sleep.

The property itself is not the best but you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Expedia however was terrible. I paid extra for studio 6 room with King bed and kitchenette. Tried to check in and although I paid Expedia they didn't pay the hotel. The hotel put me in a regular motel 6 room instead of studio, even without having any payment on their end. So I paid for a better room but got the one I got, because Expedia didn't give the hotel the money I paid for the room Expedia advertised to me

I could hear everything outside and people were doing sketchy things. The room sheets had multiple cigarette burns on them. Curtains had a rip in them. Tv halfway didn’t work. Channels had reception problems and volume issues. Controller didn’t really work either. The staff was the best part of this motel.

Its just studio 6. You get what you get. $75 a night after you already stayed 8 nights seems kinda high. Staff was nice rooms are clean. Pet friendly.

It's a mediocre hotel. They are working on cleaning it up though... Not only cleaning up/updating the rooms, but also the area around the property. It was a rather unsafe place at once time, but over the past 6 to 12 months, the improvements are very noticable.

Modern and clean.

The check in process was quick and easy. The room was modern and clean. The room did not have a TV remote. I called the front desk and they had a new remote delivered in about 5 minutes. The bed was comfortably and I had no problem falling asleep.
