"Great hotel just 20 minutes walk to Forbidden City or Tiananmen square, and very close to the metro. The staff spoke good English and were really helpful "
"The hotel was located within walking distance of Forbidden City, Tiennemen Sq, a subway station and plenty of shops and dining options. Inside the hotel was quiet and safe. The room was spacious and had a good bed with soft mattress. It was kept clean and front desk was helpful. I would return here for sure next trip."
"The hotel is really nice and clean. The lobby is beautiful and comfy! Love the breakfast! The food were all well prepared! Extremely impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of the fruit and salad! Staff members were friendly and helpful! Really like the location of the hotel! Connected with a big shopping mall, there are quite a few restaurants to choose! Definitely will come back again! "
"If you are into the traditional housing experience of Beijing this is the platonic ideal. The service was impeccable really, we didn’t try the dining or options or activities because there is plenty to do in Beijing. There was some annoying xiaomi air purifier thing that’s literally my only critique, in that I had to stop it making random noises and lights during the night. "Room size is adequate and helpful , friendly staff. You can get to metro stations in 10 minutes but DIDI service is so easy.
Washing facility is very useful too. Aircondition is also good."
"Great place to stay in the center of Beijing. Adjacent to Wangfujing and connected to a shopping mall with many options to shop and eat. A few min walk to subway. Excellent service from concierge (Cecilia). Great breakfast. Highly recommend. "
"Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes. This should be looked into as it affects those that are asthmatic (like my sister and I) and suffer from migraines (like my sister) since the smell triggers the migraine. "
"The stay was great, we had a pleasant vacation and the room is spacious and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better - walkable to the forbidden city."
