"I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. After using the jacuzzi, I developed a significant allergic reaction on my foot that caused burning, irritation, and discomfort. What is most concerning is that when I reported the issue, there was no real concern, support, or assistance from the hotel staff. My health issue was essentially ignored, and I did not receive any guidance or follow-up. As a guest, I expected basic care and responsibility regarding hygiene and safety. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that guest well-being is not a priority here."

"The room was nice and the area was clean, quiet, & safe. The room was clean upon arrival, but housekeeping is on request only. The employees were nice and efficient when needed and the airport shuttle was an added touch. The hotel is very close to the airport and really close to restaurants/things to do if you are driving or want to ride share."
