I've stayed in a lot of places in Southport and this is by far the best, as soon as you walk in and getting to your room the place is spotless and nicely decorated. There's parking outside for 6 cars. The Clifton villa hotel is close to the amusements and town. I will definitely stay here again.

I can say nothing but good about this place. The room was clean and very well laid out for us: comfortable beds, lovely, plush towels, individual toiletries and a powerful shower. Aytach is an excellent host, and I will definitely consider staying here again if I come to Southport.

The owner was there to meet me as I arrived. He clearly explained where everything was & options re: housekeeping, etc.. I just wanted to sleep, visit friends and relax, so was not too bothered re: daily housekeeping, as I wasn't at the property long enough daily to make a mess. After a couple of days, the owner asked if there was anything I wanted/needed as I had not requested anything. I said "no" as the room is stocked with more than enough towels. There is a kettle & plentiful tea and coffee which you can restock from downstairs. If you want somewhere clean, quiet, with an attentive owner and comfortable beds, give this place a try. Two minutes to centre of town. Off-road parking.

Once again!! a super stay at the Clifton Villa, right from pulling up and having a parking space & meeting the host when arriving. The room was super spacious and comfortable. After travelling 6hrs it was refreshing to have coffee in my room.

What a great little gem this place is, from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed! Itaçh, the host was there to greet you (though there is no reception) and once I’d filled in a form in the lounge I was shown to my room and he even carried my bag to my room. The whole place was very well presented and I truly enjoyed my short stay. And a great plus was the train station was a mere 5 minute walk from/to the hotel.
