Accueil particulier. Porte barrée et on doit téléphoner pour etre accueillis. Chambre tres propre. Le lit est par contre tres haut et difficile d'acces. Savon et shampooing en sachet. Dejeuner decevant. Tres frugal. Sous firme de panier. Seulement un muffin et une vienoisserie pour deux.

Good but…

The reception people were very nice, the room large and comfortable, but it is under new management and they are far from being ready to host guests. There is no restaurant attached so a cold breakfast is provided in the room but there is no table to sit at to eat it. They advertise that the rooms have great views of the port but ours had a view of the street!

We will definitely be back. ten nights was not long enough. This waterfront Inn was everything we hoped it would be. Our room was spacious, quite and very comfortable. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. It took us a while to figure out their recycling, composting and garbage breakdown but it is for a good cause. Our environment. We were there just as the main tourist season was over, which was our plan, so dining and local tourist attractions were limited. The food in the Sea Dog Diner located in the Inn was excellent. If I had my way, we would still be there. LOL

Excellent location, right on the water. Great decor and nicely renovated. Great little place for one or two people. Nobody in the pub so it was very quiet.

The decor was great. The staff (Wanda) was like someone you’ve always known and the room was clean and well decorated. The god at the restaurant was some of the best we’ve ever had. The portions are huge. We had a great stay!

Great view of the harbour. In a unique and very historic district.The main issues were that staff were not immediately available for our check-inn, and the free Netflix on TV was not working.

Not good check-in practices + No Coffee machine

Did no appreciate having to complete check-in form that included spaces for our CCard #, the exp date AND the 3 digit code. Told rep this was unnecessary personal info not required since we were paying at the front end and if they wanted to go over the room before we check out that was quite fine with us. They would have none of it and said this was for "insurance purpose" in case damage occurred during our stay. Also, and a brief apology note on the desk stating coffee machine for our room broke recently. According to staff this happened over a week before . . still no replacement and no spare could be taken from another vacant room (COVID given as an excuse). Once could have easily have been cleaned for us in the same way the one in any room gets cleaned after check-out. Did not even get a rebate for this. Nice, quaint and very clean little room however.
