"The bigger water slides kids had to be 48 inches or taller. Food was very expensive in the resort and took hours to get due to needing kitchen help. A few minor things broken in the room and doors need new key card readers. Staff was very nice and friendly but seemed stressed and over worked needing a well deserved break. over all very clean and we had a great stay "

"Checkin was fine. But the room had the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. What looked like vomit on the wall and outlet and mirror. The shower had been painted and there was Punic hairs and what looked like boogers on the walls. It was rusted and there was dust and dirt everywhere. There was a roach in the floor random stains on the bedsheets and bedspread. We had to ask for a second set of towels on the second night and the counter person argued with us and complained about having to walk to the janitors closet. One of the exterior doors was screwed shut which is illegal. "
