Escape to the heart of Montana with this spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental nestled on a working cattle ranch just off interstate 90 outside of Livingston. Perfectly positioned between the vibrant charm of downtown Livingston, the outdoor adventure of Bozeman and Bridger Bowl, and the breathtaking beauty of Paradise Valley and Yellowstone National Park, this home is your gateway to everything Montana has to offer.
Designed to comfortably host up to 14 guests, this two-story home features a welcoming layout ideal for families, groups, or retreats. The main floor includes 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, while the walkout basement offers 2 additional bedrooms and a a third bathroom- providing amble space and privacy for everyone.
Highlights include:
- A fully equipped kitchen and open living areas perfect for gathering or relaxing
- Two large TVs for movie nights or game days
- A ping pong table for friendly competition
- A large yard ideal for outdoor games, BBQs, or simply taking in the fresh Montana air.

A few things to note, the house is located on a working cattle ranch with all the hustle and bustle that comes along with our ranching operation. Cattle, horses, and dogs live here and can be seen from the house (and at times escape their enclosures). Though conveniently located next to the interstate, the traffic noise can be a little loud. A white noise machine is provided in each bedroom.

Remarkably family friendly
Nice, newly remodeled and deliciously decorated. Delightful stay. Exactly as advertised. The brown cow, chickens, cattle and dogs add to the friendly ranch surroundings. Very comfortable beds for adults and accommodating beds for teens and children. Modern kitchen appliances. Large dining and entertaining area including table easily set for 12. Clear communication and pleasant attitude toward accommodating for personal and family needs.
