「I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. 」

「Great location. Walk to the stores, restaurants, hiking, and even Saturday evening mass. A short drive to Woodstock for a concert at Colony. House was well equipped with everything we needed. Sauna was great. Fireplace was real nice. House was nice and warm on a cold January weekend. Hope to return soon. 」

The views of nature are great - Delaware River out the front windows and beautiful nature/many birds for bird watching out the back sunroom. 「House was very clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed. Instructions were clear, Bed was super comfortable with fresh linens! In the morning we enjoyed our fresh coffee from the Kuerig coffee maker that was provided along with all the supplies needed to begin our day with our caffeine fix! Never met the host Mya but communications via text were very responsive quick. Location of the home was exactly as described and worked perfect for us. Would recommend the Coxy Hudson Valley...
