"Kind and friendly staff"

"Staff was top-notch, very friendly and the free airport shuttles were a bonus."

"This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Just being next to one of Africa’s great rivers, The Zambezi, makes it a destination resort unto itself. The star of our stay was Chulita. She made our stay and experiences unforgettable. She is a star! Thank you Chulita for a truly extraordinary adventure!"

"Staff were professional friendly and respectful. Place was clean and well maintained. Our stay was perfect"

"Very helpful staff Food was really good all round Lots of mosquitoes!"

"Really lovely two day stay . Great staff"

"Second stay here , some areas are still being built but a fantastic future and I look forward to seeing the finished product ."

"Cheerful helpful staff created a welcoming environment from arrival to departure. Clean well kept room and grounds. Close to all amenities. One of the best backpackers I have stayed in."

"A great little lodge (about 10 rooms) with sensational friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast and dinner, both of which were delicious. The bar is a little limited in range, but still good. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. Overall a very comfortable and beautiful lodge - we definitely hope to be back."

"The property was very nice and staff friendly. The service at the restaurants was very slow and wait staff seemed overwhelmed by simple orders or requests. The rooms were nice but small."

"I realy do recommend staying here, the accommodation was beautiful, staff so freindly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. We saw so many wild animals in and around the river from our luxury tent. The sunset cruise from the hotel was excellent,"

"Hands down would stay here again. Adorable and comfortable rooms and lodge. Very friendly staff."

"Convenient location, helpful staff, nice rooms, and a relaxing feel made it a great place to stay."

"When I made the reservation it was for Livingston MT I have asked for a refund. It is ridiculous that you are in Montana and show a place in Zambia?????"

"Awesome spot for a great price! Really good scrambled eggs in the morning. Just got to book a Yango to get there, or rent a car, but I'd recommend downloading Yango (like Zambia's Uber) before you go. And have cash to pay the drivers; the credit card feature on Yango is weird."

"It is a little bit far from central town but quietness and Value for Money is great"

"Great hospitality and cleaness!"

"Great location and people who work there. Stay there and support associated school and children. "

"Hi, when i entered at hotel there was no porter to pick my luggage. then when i enter to room i found so much dirtyness and i found it was not like as per Picture Uploaded in expedia.com. Secondly, wifi was not performing okay Thirdly, HOT water is not coming properly and cold water is dirty as coming out from TAP. Fourth, In breakfast is was so bad, smell around the restaurant was too stinky and bad, you can even stand there.UUUFFFFFF totatl experience was BAD and TERRIBLE."

"It was nice to stay in an environment I can call a second home! The grounds were clean, the room was perfect. All was clean. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a very nice property like this one. It is close to all the amenities, restaurants, etc. The prices are also excellent. Gloria has a nice team and manages the property well. "
