“We paid but decided we could not stay at the house.The house featured uneven floor transitions presenting a trip hazard. The two story house has bedrooms upstairs and the only bathroom downstairs, the stairs are narrow with short treads posing another trip hazard for elderly people and were too risky for my wife to traverse.We chose to suffer financial loss rather than accept the risk of a fall.The landlord is a very courteous person and the property was clean and kept up in other respects.……
