This charming ground-floor home features modern furniture and a cosy layout with 1 double bedroom and a living room with a pull-out couch, accommodating up to 4 guests. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a cooker hob with 4 gas burners, an electric kettle, a drip coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a fridge with freezer, making mealtimes convenient. The highlight of the home is its sunny, private, fenced pool, perfect for cooling off or lounging safely with children, surrounded by a lush, fully enclosed garden.
Outdoor living is equally inviting, with 2 terraces designed for every occasion. One is enclosed with glass windows and features a summer kitchen with a TV and beside the brick fireplace is a gas grill for use. The second terrace is shaded and perfect for morning coffee or a peaceful read.
