This room leads directly to the outdoor swimming pool area. On the same floor, you'll find a bedroom equipped with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), along with a shower, toilet, and air conditioning unit. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four gas burners, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate toilet on this level.

The upper floor consists of two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed (90 cm wide and 200 cm long), and another with two single beds (80 cm wide and 200 cm long). The entrance hall on this floor is air-conditioned, and there is another shower and toilet. The house is equipped with forced-air heating, ensuring a comfortable stay during your vacation.
