Boa noite, estou cube central rooms, estou na minha segunda diária sem internet, o wifi do local não funciona, já foi solicitado a empresa, eles se desculpam e não resolve o problema, minha diária vai acabar amanhã pela manhã e não pude utilizar um serviço que contratei. Eu e minha esposa precisamos da internet pra falar com familiares, coisas de trabalho e estamos totalmente sem acesso. Itinerário:73121454898444 Uma coisa tão simples que é acesso a internet, ficamos sem acesso. Fiquei sem acesso a internet nas duas diárias, no check out, tentei conversar com a gerente, ela simplesmente me destratou e falou que não podia fazer nada. O atendimento foi péssimo. Solicito uma resolução do problema, paguei um serviço que não foi fornecido. Que seja devolvida diária ou seja abatida, visto ter pago um serviço que não foi oferecido

Very disappointing

The internet connection didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, the safe didn't work. The girl in the reception (10 min from the room) was nice enough, but couldn't help. To be fair, I only spent one night there, so there wasn't that much time to fix things. But those things should have been in order in the first place. The room was ok, very small, but the pictures didn't promise more. The shower and wc were very small, obviously someone has tried to cram in as much as possible in the house.

Reception is somewhere else, smells of smoke in th

The room smells smoke despite the sign on the wall that it's not a smoking room. No information was given by the hotel pre arrival about the reception which is in another location around 10 minutes walk from this place. Arriving with a big suitcase, no one is there to check you in, you need to call and figure out that the reception is somewhere else! How convenient is especially in a rainy day. When you check out, you have to take your suitcase to another location where their reception is. I don't recommend this place with misinformation about their location and reception.

Bon rapport qualité prix, litterie confortable et excellent emplacement. Attention, la chambre n'est pas très bien isolée acoustiquement, si le voisin est un peu bruyant ce n'est pas idéal.

Good location

Fully equipped house 5mn walk from the car free city center. It's very quiet. Very large kitchen. Rooms are very small but comfortable (the bed is quite large). AC is available but I couldn't really understand how it is intended to reach the rooms since it is located in the hallway just above the door to the room. The hallway was very cool but the room wasn't when we turned it on. There was a fan in the room. We slept with the window opened, the cold breeze was perfect.
