"Weve just had a fabulous break at The Quay Hotel to celebrate my husbands special birthday. Our stay was wonderful snd we really enjoyed using the Spa facilities. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"As Soon as I Walked into the Building there Was A Bad Smell. The Apt Flat 6 Hadnt been Cleaned for Months. I just could tell.Their was a dirty disgusting dishcloth left that Smelt Awful I threw Away.The Shower in Corner Was Brown Dirt from Months of Neglect Cleaning. The Fridge hadnt been Cleaned ..."
