Fake penthouse with sea views and a large terrace

It is an apartment located in an elevated residential area with 3 bedrooms, two of marriage and a very small one with double bunk. There is a dining room-kitchen and two bathrooms, one of them smaller but private for the double room.
The terrace is very large, directly overlooking the sea and the pool that is communal, but with very few neighbors.
The floor has natural gas heating with radiators if no problem.

L'appartement est très complet.Un seul bémol, pas de wifi.Sinon il y a le lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, clim, draps de lit et serviettes de toilette fournis.La cafetière est une dolce gusto.La communication est difficile, ne parle que espagnol et ne répond pas toujours aux messages.Séjour très agréable.

Appartement très agreable

Bien situé, à 5 mn à pied d'une crique et 8 mn de la plage de Grifeu. L'appartement est bien agencé et bien équipé. Mais impossible de faire marcher la télé et la chaîne hi-fi (cela n'avait pas d'importance pour nous). Piscine assez grande et peu utilisée par les habitants de la petite résidence. Très belle vue et grande terrasse. Attention pas de climatisation, cela peut être difficile lors de canicule, malgré les volets.

Lo mejor, las vistas del amanecer sobre el mar. Buen apartamento para nuestro "campamento base", cada día salíamos antes de las nueve de la mañana para recorrer una zona de la provincia, volvíamos a última hora de la tarde para un baño en la piscina y descansar hasta el día siguinte.
