Super séjour, appartement très bien aménagé, spacieux, très bien équipé, lumineux, garage très apprécié, avec une terrasse très grande et vue sur la mer, plage de petits galets à 5min à pied, pas trop de monde, petites criques parfaites pour les enfants qui ont adoré la chasse au crabe et pu admirer pas mal de poissons. Seul petit bémol pour nous habitués au grand calme, la route en bas est assez passante et altère les soirées en terrasse. Mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, la tranquillité revient sans souci. Juan est d’une réactivité sans faille, conciliant et de très bons conseils. Nous reviendrons très prochainement sans hésitation.

Wonderful place to stay.

For the first week we were 4 adult friends in our 70s staying in Llanca without a car. We loved the views from the terrace and watching the amazing skies from sunrise to sunset and were even treated to a rainbow. An easy walk to two beaches. We walked to town for groceries and dining as we decided not to rent a car and used local taxis for day trips. It was a short walk to town that included an uphill climb that might be difficult for some with mobility issues. Because we did not speak Spanish we had a bit of trouble engaging taxis but got by with the kindness of strangers and Google translate! The place was immaculate and stocked with all the conveniences you needed. Joan Anton was very responsive when we had a scare about a lost wallet (which was later found) by contacting the police for us. Felix Garcia was the taxi driver we used the most and he took us to Port de la Selva and Cadaques as well as getting us to the train station with luggage. We also took the train to Figures. The second week two friends left and we were joined by my son and daughter-in-law from Germany who rented a car which simplified getting around and allowed us to see some of the many wonderful sights in the area. They included the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, a relaxing 2 hour boat trip from Cadaques, Pals and a wonderful organic winery in Selva de Mar, named Estela tucked in the hills and farmed for 35 years by a woman and her sons. We really loved this little corner of Spain!

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT WITH AMAZING VIEW

The two week stay was perfect. Joan is a thoughtful host and very attentive to guest satisfaction. The announcement corresponds to what the house offers: large, very clean and welcoming, with a large terrace with sea view. A rental solution that I highly recommend

Logement grand et lumineur

Magnifique appartement sur Llançà, le propriétaire est disponible dès la reservation sur la plate-forme. Le logoment est spacieux et lumineux avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Il est bien équipé... c'est comme a la maison en fait!! Merci Joan piur cette semaine sur la Costa Brva

Très bon lieu de sejour

Appartement bien situé à proximité du sentier côtier et des plages dans petit immeuble. Les pièces sont lumineuses, le séjour donne sur une grande terrasse et la cuisine sur le jardin. Grilles pour les fenêtres et porte vitrée. Pièces lumineuses. Confort des chambres et salles de bains. Accueil aimable et facile avec le propriétaire.

Schönes Ferienappartement mit Meerblick

Nach einer sehr guten und zuverlässigen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, hat die Anreise wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung ist hell mit kleinem Garten und großer Terrasse. Auf dieser konnten wir, dankt der Sonnenlage, bereits im Frühjahr viel Zeit verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und aufgeräumt und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Arbeitsflächen in der Küche waren nicht einwandfrei gereinigt. Die Lage ist für allerhand Ausflüge perfekt gelegen. Auch mit dem Zug ist die Anbindung z.B. nach Barcelona gut - aber ch wenn man aufgrund der Taktung dies gut planen muss. Der Vermieter stand mit Empfehlungen zu Ausflugszielen bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Danke!

Second time here

We returned for our second time because we fell in love with this condo and the location on our first stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Joan was a great and available host. The beaches were close by and the coastal pathways were spectacular. We hope to come again.

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung

Wir haben eine Woche Ferien in dieser sehr sauberen, komfortablen Wohnung verbracht. Sehr schön ist das helle Wohnzimmer mit der Terrasse. Es war alles vorhanden, auch z.B. frische Seifen, Spülmittel. In der Küche Tee, neues Olivenöl usw., zur Begrüßung Obst Wasser und Wein. En casa

Estamos en el arpartamento para 10 noches. El aquilador fue muy hamable y con interès que todo es bueno. La vivienda fue perfecto para nosotros. Los niños tenian una habitacion. La playa es muy cerca y la region es bonita. Cerca de la vivienda hay algunas parques infantil. En resumen queremos volver a la vivienda y llaca.

Greta vacation

I can highly recommend Joan’s apartment. It is located 2 minutes away by foot from the sea. A supermarket is in the neighborhood and most important, the apartment itself is confortable, and well equipped. Joan is the kind of owner who wants his guests to enjoy their stay and does everything accordingly. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruits, took time for us, and even contacted me after 24 hours to see if everything was ok. The region is beautiful, and great for people who like swimming, snorkeling and hiking! My family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Joan!

A Wonderful Treat

This condo exceeded our expectations. We saw the excellent reviews, but rarely does a place live up to them as this one did. Joan had thought of so many helpful things for the kitchen to get us started on our stay. Thank you! The apartment was very clean with a beautiful large terrace that we loved. The views were gorgeous and both the beach(es) and the Coastal Path were just a few minutes walk away. As an aside, the Coastal Pathway is an absolute delight to walk. It’s wonderfully kept up and a beautiful walk either to town or the other direction. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped if you plan to cook. There was a grocery store at the bottom of the hill that was very handy, though it is a bit of a climb to get back to the condo with the groceries if you plan to walk It was very nice to have a garage; be aware though that it is a bit of a challenge to get your car in there. Bedrooms have a good amount of storage, but are definitely on the small side, something you should be aware of if you are planning to have multiple people there. Having two bathrooms is a real plus. The second bath is a full bath with shower and washing machine, but is small. Not a problem for us. My husband and I are both tall and for us the living room furniture was a bit low. Again, Joan was very attentive and very easy to communicate with. We’d love to come back.

Erholung pur!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist nicht wie eine Wohnung nur für Feriengäste, sondern zum Leben. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Zubereiten für Mahlzeiten braucht; auch Essig, Öl und Gewürze. Sehr nett: die Flasche Wein zum Empfang. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck ist zahlreich. An viele Details ist gedacht: Seife in beiden Badezimmern, Spültabs für die Spülmaschine, Mülltüten, Kleiderbügel in allen Schlafzimmerschränken und Haken und Ablagefläche im Bad. Alle Zimmer haben Rollläden und sind daher komplett zu verdunkeln. Die Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer - herrlich! Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung ideal: Fußläufig sind Supermarkt, Stadt, Hafen und Strand zu erreichen, so dass das Auto fast die ganze Zeit in der Garage (!) stehen konnte. Auch den Bahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß und es gibt eine gute Bahnverbindung zwischen Portbou und Barcelona. Wir haben in den zwei Wochen nur einmal das Auto benutzt. In der Wohnung liegen Ordner mit Anregungen für die Urlaubsgestaltung bereit. Sehr freundlich war der Empfang und die Vermieter sind bei Fragen oder Anliegen erreichbar. Wir sind nur ungern abgereist und kommen sicher wieder.

Pleasant and comfortable apartment

We felt very much at home in the apartment. Joan does a lot of effort to make you feel at home and the apartment has a lot of space. The many windows create a pleasant feeling next to the many rooms and the large outdoor terrace overlooking the village. The apartment is close to the sea which allows a quick swim. An apartment very well fit to the different needs of a family.

Idéal famille avec jeunes enfants

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans l’appartement de Joan Anton avec nos 2 garçons de 4 et 2 ans et demi et notre fille de 2 mois. L’appartement est parfait pour une famille. Les environs également. Très belles plages format petites criques à proximité immédiate de l’appartement. A distance accessible à pied avec les petites jambes de nos enfants! On y reviendra sûrement!!

Fabulous stay

We had a truly wonderful stay at apartment. The apartment has everything you need just like home. Great location. We had a problem with boiler and Joan had it replaced fabulous. Also left our laptop and Joan is sending it home for us couldn't ask for better service so kind .

Great Property in Llanca

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment which totally lived up to all of the 5* reviews. Joan Anton was there to greet us in person and show us around the apartment, which has every facility you could ask for. The information provided about the apartment and location was excellent.
