「Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. 」

「The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. I notice a number of people have said the bed was comfortable but I would say if you have neck or back issues it may not be ideal. 「It was a lovely modern property with nice beds and great kitchen. The seating area outside was great. Very central location. Parking is a bit of a pain as the nearby car parks are very expensive (£17/24hr v Swansea which are £5/24hr). No nearby free street parking. Mumbles is a very busy place. If you’re a light sleeper I’d advise earplugs as we found it quite noisy. Excellent communication from host and all in all a great place to stay whilst visiting the area 」
