Good hotel
Staff are nice. Room is tidy. Breakfast is good. It would be more great if the check out time can be later (e.g. 10:30am or 11am).

I stayed in the Marine hotel for 9 nights in Oct 2025, I can't praise it enough. On arrival the reception staff were very polite and the check in was quick and easy. After booking the property, I received feedback from the host on the day we were scheduled to arrive, that the house was not actually available. I still have not received a refund and it is very difficult to get in touch with Expedia to rectify the situation.
