「We enjoyed a relaxed 3 nights here for my 40th birthday and would definitely return. The house is very spacious, it will easily accommodate the 6 people and there is ample parking. It is also well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches, the piano was also welcome! The village itself is quiet, there are lots of places to walk nearby plus a short drive takes you to the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy and surrounding forests or a longer drive (an hour and a half ish) takes you to Snowdon. 「Lovely log cabin, very clean , excellent central heating with radiators in every room. Good sized fenced in garden for our dog to run around in. Veranda with table and chairs where you can sit back and watch countryside and wonderful sunsets. The cabin is up a steep gravel track so would not be suitable for cars with low ground clearance. The owner was very nice.」

「We would definalty recommend elsies cottage we had a lovely Xmas break with my family Jane and Rob made sure we had a lovely time and so helpful and we arrived to a lovely welcome basket aswell as fresh bread and a lovely fresh cake 🎂 eggs milk everything you would need. Beautiful setting the cottage was stunning and so clean and inviting. We were a family of 5 adults and a dog plenty of room didn't feel cramped... xx」

「I think the name means darling accommodation and it certainly is. I gave five stars for cleanliness but would say it’s worth double that, absolutely spotless. Owners have thought of so much to make it perfect. It’s much better than the pictures so many nice touches and too many to mention.Short walk to the riverside if you talking a dog, PLAS YN DRE very close and dog friendly serves nice food. Good bakery close by. We loves the appartment and Bala, which is very friendly.」
