「Was without dount the worst hotel i have stayed in. They have very falsely advertised the property. Digital tv ..only terrestrial channels on a tv so old the colours do not work so a whole evening without television. Then the disgusting fact they say soundproof rooms !!! I was in the more expensive seaview room. The sea can be seen from 3/4 if a way down a street but the room is above the hotel pub. 「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
