「Excellent place to Stay when visiting Fredericksburg, Tx! The Cabin is very cozy, private and beautiful! Surrounding area is great nature! Definitely should be checked out and worth the stay! 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Grist Mill Cabin. Two things I would say. The steps are hard to navigate without a rail and the bathtub was hard to get in. We are both over 65 so in case you’re a senior citizen you might think about that. When we arrived on Monday around 6 PM we had to drive around the parking lot 3 times to find a parking place because Me. Gatti’s Pizza was busy.」

「A unique experience, great hot tub, we didn't have hot water for shower that night. Saw the breaker box later and had some hot water for kitchen in the morning, we checked out early. Kitchen plenty utensils. Good wine, star studded skies, quiet by 10:00 pm. Hauling wind during the night and I am a light sleeper. Heater works well, love the skylight dome above. Beds were clean and comfortable. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this amazing little cabin in the heart of hill country. Morning views of a crystal clear lake with deer every morning and evening. It was wonderful to just sit on the back porch enjoying the views and the quiet atmosphere. They have the most comfortable beds with super soft linens. They really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as can be. We can’t wait to stay again.」

「Our short anniversary weekend stay was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the clean, small cabin that was very well stocked with all the basic needs. We enjoyed cooking on the grill by the water. I only wish the property had been mowed.」

「We loved our stay and the very cute property. They had a super cute store and the vibe was great. The only thing I wish they would have mention in their post was that the bathroom is separate from the cabins. But the bathhouse is very cute and the showers are wonderful. We would stay again.」

「Very secluded but within minutes of town. Hummingbirds were everywhere! We also enjoyed watching the deer, squirrel, a turkey, jack rabbits and regular rabbits. The cabin was cozy but did lack a few things we could have used. The bed was comfy and the hot tub was great for my aching joints.」

「My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 12th wedding Anniversary. Such a great idea to change things up. We absolutely enjoyed everything about this cozy getaway. We had everything we needed to be able to fully enjoy ourselves. The owners were absolutely awesome in making sure we had a great stay and connected with us during our trip to give us some great pointers for local fare and things to do. Will absolutely be planning to stay here in the future, highly recommend!」

「Over all we enjoyed our stay. Knowing that the property is in the country, we did see a few dead bugs inside the cabin. Cabin was clean, including the bedding and towels. Kitchen wear was limited. Would of like a coffee pot instead of keurig.」

「Very nice. Clean. Easy to find. Beautiful addition and character. Wi-Fi was a bit troublesome but worked. We loved the old original floors and the squeak in the master bedroom. Kitchen was very nice and decorated well. First hot shower had sulfur smell which is not uncommon with electric water heaters and well water that sit sometimes. Subsequent showers it was much better. Would stay there again regardless. Bluebonnets were coming up. Views over the water were amazing. Close to town if...
