There were sweets left from the previous guest on arrival, the toilet had a bad smell with no refresher, and the toilet tissue was partially used and not properly replenished we ran out on the last day and eventually gave up calling reception. We also assumed housekeeping was daily, but it wasn’t, and we had to request service after running out of……

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”

“Warm welcome from Rob and Sherrie, lovely chilled atmosphere. Room was lovely, had all you could want. Bed comfortable, slept well. Breakfast was delicious, sausage and bacon was truly tasty. Access via track, very deep holes in a couple of places, but this wouldn’t stop us and would recommend, great location for Welsh Botanic Garden. ”
