We rang in the new year in this beautiful neighborhood and awesome house. Strongly recommend for families of all ages.

Faded beauty

Great spot, but property has numerous elements which do not function (hot water in master suite) and decor is VERY tired in parts. Views are extraordinary and many features. But path down to sea very rickety and were advised not to use it. Pool table not functional, etc. Pricing a bit steep as a result. With some serious expenditure on refurbishment this would be a wonderful property.
