House with private garden and swimming pool with stunning sea views located in a idylic location in Cala Canyelles very close to the beach.



This is a wonderful villa sleeping 10 - 12 people built in 3 floors with 7.000m2 of land arround the 400m2 house surrounded by terraces with panoramic sea views.



The outdoor area has a big swimming pool (12x6m) with wonderful and panoramic sea views. There are also a built in barbecue and some terraces where you can enjoy nice meals enjoying the views. Parking.



The indoor area has a big and comfortable dining room with access to a terrace, kitchen fully equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.., 5 double rooms (two of them suites and one of them also has a living room) and 3 bathrooms.

The villa has an optional additional suite bedrom between the pools (not included in the price: 100E/day) with sea view, one double bed and one bathroom.



There is also a wonderful indoor pool (9x4m) with jacuzzi and sauna for 6 people. The water in the indoor pool is not heated, if you want hot water (low season) there is a supplement of €150/night with a minimum of 5 nights and you have to advise us 2 days before.

Rules and special deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Parties are totally prohibited as well as making noise after 10:00 p.m. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the client will have to leave the property without any right to a refund.
