Fine for what we needed

Me and my friend needed somewhere short notice and more a place to rest our heads rather than the hotel actually be a main part to our trip. Id read mixed reviews but price and the included breakfast swung it. I'd definitely be questioning if it is a 4 star and if I was picking somewhere for me and a girlfriend/ wife I would look elsewhere. Floor was unclean, room very dated and any noise from above or below seemed to be amplified through the room. You couldn't move for school parties either however that was probably due to time of year. It just meant we left the hotel resort each day to drink / sunbath elsewhere. Like I say for what I needed it was fine and the lady on the desk gave us some great suggestions for tapas and fish restaurants

Amazing holidays

I really recommend the Surf Mar hotel :) We had amazing family holidays .amazing hotel especially room.Food was great and delicious .Pool really good .Good entertainment beside pool .Very good location .Highly recommend the hotel .Staff very nice .

Just awful. Youth hostel by the sea. Noisy & Dirty

This is a youth hostel by the sea. 100's of kids all over the place. Dirty rooms. Broken doors and fittings. Old Beds. Noisy hallways and neighbours. Just awful.

Séjour passable passer

L’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout à un 4 étoiles, le personnel de l’accueil et non chaland, il a fallu que je force le respect et la responsable a fait le mieux quel a pu mais sa reste un 2-3 étoiles maximum, seul bonne chose pratique plage juste en face mais le reste ne correspond pas au prix. La piscine plusieurs personne ce son ouvert les pieds carrelage qui se décolle et sol glissant. Niveau sécurité pour les enfants est bien et la plage en face le reste tous à changer. La literie est très passable, salle de bain des années 50.

Falta que se remodele

El exterior del hotel esta bien pero el interior es muy antiguo. Falta remodelar. El baño antiguo y deteriorado. La puerta rota, el bidé no va, y la cisterna sin boton para descargar. Pasamos calor, el aire no enfría. Fue horrible. Quizás fue lo peor. La piscina llena de tierra y esto es porque ya se ha caído el pasto que esta cerca y con los pies húmedos se pega y entra todo a la piscina. Bueno, esta cerca a la playa, el parking aunque costoso, fichas para tomar algo en el bar, el mini club y las actividades.

Todo bien, el servicio muy buen y la animación también. Comida muy correcta para un hotel de playa. Está a 50 m de la playa. Por contra necesita actualizaciones a nivel general y en las habitaciones.

Une catastrophe au niveau de la sécurité, pénétration dans la chambre en notre absence, vol trousseau de clés maison et destruction de la clé de voiture, pur vandalisme? J’ai curieusement retrouvé ensuite la carte électronique interne de la clé de de voiture au fond d’un sac! Bizarre mais que je sache, c’est pas d’autre chose volée…pas eu le temps? Le relevé informatique indique qu’a 10h13 c’est une carte autorisée qui a ouvert et total désintérêt de la réception pour enquêter. Une honte pour cette usine à groupes de touristes.

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage im Herzen Lloret de Mar. Fußläufig zum Meer in nur wenigen Metern erreichbar. Man kann sehr gut entspannen. Service und Personal gut, ebenfalls Speiseauswahl gut, vielfältig und wirklich lecker. Wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wiederkommen. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden. 👍

Bon sejour avec notre petit fils de 10 ans. Chambre spacieuse et convenable, établissement qui demande un peu de renovation mais sympa et propre belle piscine tres bien entretenue à 2 minutes de la mer.
