“Leider mussten wir diverse Mängel feststellen. Der Pool war ausser Betrieb und mit schmutzigem Restwasser gefüllt. Auch ist die Pellet-Heizung ausgestiegen. Als Ersatz gab es Heizstrahler und ein Holz-Cheminée, welche aber dazu führten, dass die Elektrizität regelmässig ausstieg und das Haus nach Rauch gestunken hat. Das Haus war staubig, die Böden z.B. unter den Betten sowie die Fenster schmutzig. Mein Partner und ich hatten beide Stiche, welche eindeutig nicht von Mücken stammten. Wir vermuten……

The weather was very warm, and only one bedroom and the living area had air conditioning. The other bedrooms were not air-conditioned, which made it very uncomfortable at night.The house and its furnishings are rather dated. “The villa had a technical issue: the water fuses would frequently trip, leaving us without water each time. The place is nice, but I think it’s only worth it for longer stays, since I paid a lot and didn’t even get 24 hours. Not flexible at all for check in/check out times”

“Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison ! Tout était parfaitement propre et conforme à la description, aucune mauvaise surprise. Le propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a été très réactif à nos messages. Des matelas gonflables étaient même mis à notre disposition pour profiter de la piscine, un vrai plus ! La maison est idéalement située : au calme, mais à proximité des principales villes à visiter (Valldemossa, Deià, Palma, Alcúdia…). Le village de Binissalem, juste……
