「The best part of the location is that the entire property is in it's natural state. The retreat blends in with the surrounding landscape. Why anyone would cut down the trees, fill in the swamp land to build a seawall, then build a giant house and have a yard to mow is beyond me. Kudos to the owner for respecting what makes the place a beautiful place to stay.」

「I reserved this VRBO for three weeks and ended up leaving 6 nights early. The owner was very responsive to text messages during check-in and the stay. I asked if he could check on getting me a refund or a partial refund for the six days of my reservation and he said he would check. But instead of checking and answering me, he just blocked my text messages. Not cool.」

「One of the things I love best about the owners/operators of this property is that they don’t give the guest a chore at checkout. It was actually my first experience like that with VRBO, and it made an already great stay feel like the cherry on top that we didn’t have to strip beds or take out the garbage, etc. It’s a perfect quiet spot in otherwise not-so-quiet college town, but you’re also close to everything you need to get to.
