Enjoyed a lovely stay here over Christmas - lots of space for the children to play indoors (a very wet week). The house was well equipped - everything we needed for cooking & heating kept the property comfortable. Our Host was very helpful, knowledgable & easy to contact. The location of the property is excellent - various supermarkets & restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, easy access to beaches (20 mins) & city (30 mins) by car, but public transport is also excellent in Llubi.I would highly recommend this villa for families. I would happily stay there again.

Nice and confortable house in Llubí

House equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable beds. The village is quiet and has small supermarket, bakery, a couple of groumet restaurants,... all 3 to 10 min walk. It is an ideal plan to escape the mass tourism of the coast of Mallorca. Necessary a car to move around the island. The house has no parking and depending on the time it is difficult to find a place nearby. Noemí is hostess of 10.

Amazing Family Holiday!

The whole process was excellent - great communication before and during our stay. The house is very well decorated, with a lovely simple feel. Plenty of outside space for six adults. The saltwater pool was much better than a usual chlorine pool (but be aware no shallow end for young children..) We enjoyed the local town (including a festival) but roads great to get to nearby towns and other parts of the island. It was the perfect house and location for a perfect holiday!

Lovely House in a nice town

We had a lovely stay in Son Bordoi. The House is beautiful and well equipped. We travelled with 3 children aged 5, 5 and 2 years old - it was no problem at all. Because of the nice terrace and patio it was possible to watch the children at all times. There is a fantastic restaurant in town - BRUT - surely worth a try 👍🏻

Perfect holiday home

This was an exceptional holiday home. Great correspondence from Noemi, before and during our stay, checking we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and faultless with a well equipped kitchen, it was a home away from home for us. The house being in a great central location enabled us to drive to different parts of the island every day and see a lot of Majorca. Thank you Noemi for a wonderful holiday!! ❤️

Wir als Familie (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder im Alter von 7 und 11) haben uns in Casa Son Bordoi rundum wohlgefühlt. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zur Erholung sucht, aber gleichzeitig nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll renoviert und vereint mallorquinischen Charme mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten – inklusive großem Salzwasserpool, mehreren Terrassen, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und gemütlichen Schlafzimmern.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin Noemi. Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch lief reibungslos, sie war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.Unsere Kinder haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt und auch wir Erwachsene konnten herrlich entspannen – sei es im Garten, auf der Terrasse oder im Pool.Zur Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen Dorf Llubí – ideal, wenn man dem Trubel entfliehen möchte. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man dennoch in 20–30 Minuten an verschiedenen Stränden oder in ca. 40 Minuten in Palma. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, weil wir sowohl entspannen als auch die Insel erkunden wollten.Check-in und Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert, ebenso alles rund um die Ausstattung – es war wirklich an alles gedacht, von Bettwäsche über Handtücher bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten wie Küchenausstattung oder Strandutensilien.Insgesamt eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren eine Woche bei Noemi und waren sehr zufrieden. Noemi ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, super sympathisch und hat sich mehrfach erkundigt ob alles in ordnung ist. Das Haus ist wunderbar und entspricht auch den Bildern. Vor allem der Aussenbereich (Outdoorküche & Loungebereich) hat es uns allen angetan. Die Betten waren allesamt hervorragend und bequem, die Klimaanlage hat überall funktioniert und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass Llubi ein kleines Dorf hat und nicht viel bietet. Es gibt aber kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen tollen Bäcker und wöchentlich einen Wochenmarkt. Der nächstgelegene fantastische Strand ist Can Picafort und in den umliegenden Dörfern gibt es wunderbare Restaurants. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Uns erwartete ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht! Alles war sehr hochwertig, die Einrichtung ist top und besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Noémi, unsere Gastgeberin, war für all unsere Fragen da und sehr symphatisch. Sie gab uns sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt und hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass man sich eben gerade erst kennengelernt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Absolut verdiente Höchstbewertung!

Urlaub Casa Son Bordoi

Die Finca Casa Son Bordoi kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen! Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Noemi und Ramon haben uns herzlichst bergrüßt und uns alles erklärt. Die Finca ist optimal für 8 Leute geeignet und besticht durch seine ruhige Lage sowie den großen Außenbereich. Auch die Küche ist wunderbar zum Kochen geeignet. Alles in allem, einfach perfekt. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!!!

Superbe propriété, les photos sont tous à fait conforme à l annonce. Très pratique pour deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) très bien équipée (nespresso, Tri sélectif, jeux piscine pour enfant) situé à distance raisonnable de la Boulangerie , d une épicerie et d’un super resto (s’acusti café) à faire absolument merci Noémi pour cette superbe adresse. L hôte est adorable,elle est disponible si besoin, entretien la piscine deux fois par semaine et n hésite pas à communiquer de super conseil si vous en avez envie, petit avantage elle parle très bien français. Le village de LLUBI est situé à 20 minutes de can picafort qui est vraiment une Superbe plage de sable blanc avec une eau cristalline et chaude. Difficile de se garer devant la maison car c est une petite rue très étroite mais dans les rues aux alentours aucun problème. La chambre du bas a des lits très ferme et la maison est situé pas loin d un couloir d avion donc pas mal de passage en Journée mais l Altitude des appareils fait que ce n est pas gênant et puis l île est pas très grande donc les avions sont présents. Piscine en juillet très chaude pour la plus grande joie de nos enfants .

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir hatten zehn sehr schöne Tage in diesem Ferienhaus, das uns vom ersten Moment an sehr gefallen hat. Gestaltung, Ausstattung, Zimmer - ideal für einen Urlaub in Familie. Die Lage ist super und Llubi ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Landesinnere. Vielen Dank an Noemi und ihren Mann für den herzlichen Empfang und die aufmerksame Betreuung. Wir kommen sicher wieder und empfehlen das Haus gern weiter.

Traumhaft schönes Stadthaus in Llubi

Weihnachten und Silvester haben wir in diesem wunderschönen Stadthaus in Llubi verbringen dürfen. Die Einrichtung entspricht genau den Bildern und ist super gepflegt und tadellos sauber. Die Küche ist komplett und reichlich bestückt. Wir hatten riesig Glück mit dem Wetter (20 C tagsüber), dennoch konnten wir den traumhaften Salzwasser Pool nicht nutzen - zu kalt für uns. Im Sommer aber sicher ein herrliches Nass. Heizung im Haus war tip top, Betten außergewöhnlich bequem, reichlich Kissen und Decken vorhanden. Es gibt einfach nix zu beanstanden! Die Gastgeberin Noemi und ihren Mann Ramon haben wir persönlich kennengelernt und sie sind außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhigem Ort

Alles war so in der Anzeige beschrieben, wir waren sehr zufrieden! Der Check in verlief schnell und problemlos und die Vermieter waren stets ansprechbar. Der Ort ist recht ruhig, leider hat wohl nur ein Restaurant die Corona-Krise überlebt. Mehr Trubel herrscht am Dorfplatz mit 4 Bars, alle immer gut besucht - nach zwei Wochen gehört man fast dazu. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Llubi.

Schönes Haus in Llubi

Sehr gepflegtes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus im Zentrum von Llubi. Die Ausstattung war komplett, alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Kommunikation mit Noemi war angenehm und sie reagierte immer sehr schnell auf Nachfragen oder Sonderwünsche. Besonders gefallen hat uns der 12m lange Salzwasser-Pool und die sehr gute Qualität der Betten (auf Mallorca leider nur selten so gut). Wer eine gepflegte Unterkunft abseits vom Touristentrubel sucht und typisch mallorquinisches Leben schätzt ist hier gut aufgehoben. Hasta la proxima :-)

Maravillosa estancia, hemos estado 7 días en Can Bordoi, con todas las comodidades, mucha tranquilidad, la piscina maravillosa, las vistas desde la planta superior, lo único que mejoraría sería la wi fi para poder hacer uso de ella en cualquier estancia, y los anfitriones siempre atentos, confíados y respetuosos, así que enseguida que podamos repetimos seguro, Gracias Noemi, un saludo de Manel, mio y de nuestros perros Mona i Prim...

Geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in der Inselmitte,mit grosser Outdoorküche und einem gemütlichen Loungebereich. Der grosse Pool lädt zum Baden/Sonnenbaden ein. Bis zum Strand sind es gerade mal 20 min. mit dem Auto (Playa de Muro). Noemi und Ramon waren perfekte Gastgeber. Kleine Nachteile: kein so guter W-Lan Empfang im Outdoorbereich und kein fester Parkplatz zum Haus. Wir würden dieses tolle Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und jedem Empfehlen. Wir haben dort eine super Zeit verbracht. Ein Danke an Noemi und Ramon.

Schönes Stadthaus für den Urlaub in der Ruhe

Das Haus ist wunderschön für einen Mallorca-Urlaub gelegen, der abseits des klassischen Tourismus erlebt wird. Der kleine Ort bietet alles notwendige zum Leben und begrüßt einen in sich ruhend. Das Haus selbst, ein altes reformiertes Stadthaus, liegt innerhalb LLubis sehr zentral und hat eine tolle Aufteilung mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern. Alles ist so geräumig, dass man wirklich mit 6-8 Personen dort seine Zeit verbringen kann. Die Ausstattung des Hauses kombiniert modernes Interieur mit alten Elementen und ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die überdachte Terrasse toll und der Pool hat eine superschöne Größe. Im Mai war der Salzwasser-Pool erwartungsgemäß für kleine Kinder etwas kalt, aber an den ganz heißen Tagen hatte sich auch das erübrigt. Rund-Um ein gelungenes Domizil.

Perfect Retreat

Noemi‘s place was the perfect hideaway for our family in a world still impacted by the Corona pandemic. We enjoyed every moment in this tasteful renovated and decorated house with a great balance between the original structure and modern amenities. We spend lots of the time outside enjoying the spacious terrace including lounge area, BBQ and dining table. Not to forget the sparkling infinity like pool surrounded by lemon and orange trees and herbes. Last but not least, Noemi was an exceptional host, helpful with recommendations and always anxious to make the best out of our stay. Thanks for the experience !

Solch eine tolle Finca...

Vom Eintreffen bis zur Übergabe war alles perfekt. Noemi ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin- vielen Dank dafür. Auch für die zahlreichen Insidertips. Schon der erste Eindruck war super. Noemi hat uns nett empfangen, das Haus war klimatisiert und ein Willkommensgeschenk wartete auf uns. Sprachlich ging alles unkompliziert auf Englisch und Noemi spricht auch ein paar Brocken Deutsch. Unsere Gastegeberin war stets erreichbar, hat sich oft nach unserem Wohl erkundigt und kleine Probleme wurden direkt beseitigt. Die Finca selbst bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (6 und 12). Was wir nicht aus der Beschreibung ersehen konnten, im Erdgeschoss liegt auch ein Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Dies hatten wir uns nachgefragt, da meine Mutter eine Gehbehinderung hat. So hatte Sie die Möglichkeit alles ebenerdig zu erreichen. Der schöne Pool im Hof war im Dauereinsatz. Dafür stellt Noemi große Pooltücher und noch weitere Duschtücher. Die Pooltücher sind jedoch nur für den Pool und nicht für den Strand gedacht. Also sind für den Strand auch Tücher oder Decken notwendig. Die tolle Außenküche haben wir für diverse Grillabende an der frischen Luft genutzt. Alle Zimmer haben eine gute Klimaanlage, die zimmerweise geregelt wird. Der Masterbedroom hat eine tolle direkte Dachterasse, wo auch Wäsche aufgehängt werden kann. Der Ort Llubí ist sehr schön allerdings recht klein. Von Llubí aus braucht man mit dem Auto gut 20 Minuten um an den Strand zB Platja de Muro zu gelangen. Im Umfeld von Llubí gibt es aber auch weitere schöne Orte und Städte wie ZB Sineu- wunderschön. Im Ort selbst sind ein klasse Bäcker, Supermärkte und Gastronomie alles fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und die Finca nochmal buchen. Das Haus und der Ort sind perfekt für Reisende, die nicht permanent den großen Tourismus von Mallorca haben wollen.

Perfect stay @ stunning town house

Neomis townhouse in Llubi is really outstandingly beautiful, just as the pictures show. The house has a high standard from everything, the Materials, the baths the kitchen as well as the garden, outdoor areas and pool. Neomi and her team is really well taking care of you as well as the property during your stay. The pool has been maintained during our stay multiple times as well as housekeeping has been offered to us. The three bedrooms with their en suite bathrooms are really comfortable and the modern air con gives you good night rest in hot summer nights. Llubi is a typical Balearic town with small supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The beach in Can Picafort is only a 15 minutes drive. We would have loved to stay longer and enjoyed our time to the fullest.
