The plot consists of 600m2 with a 300m2 house, distributed over 2 floors plus a porch. The ground floor has a living room with porch access to the front garden, dining room with access to the patio, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower and stairs to the upper floor. And the first floor has four double bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower. The house has television, satellite and Wi-Fi. We have cots, high chairs and bathtub for babies. Quiet coastal urbanization with access to a beach and coves with crystal clear waters. 3 min by car from pharmacy, supermarkets, gas station, shops, bars, restaurants and the Arenal yacht club.15 minutes from the airport.

Wir haben die Villa Can Contesti für eine Workation genutzt, haben also Vormittags gearbeitet und Nachmittags die tolle Lage des Hauses genutzt, um etwas zu unternehmen. Der Strand und ein Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, auch das Nachtleben sowie der Hafen sind nur eine kleine Wanderung oder eine günstige Taxifahrt weit entfernt. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten überall im Haus, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sowie die Bäder sind gut.Ein kleines Problem war das Wlan, das nicht an allen Stellen im Haus sehr gut war, was problematisch war, wenn mehrere Personen gleichzeitig an Meetings teilnehmen mussten.
Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Ruhige Lage, nah am Strand, schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die einzigen 2 (kleinen) Probleme: die Türen quietschen und knarren recht laut, sodass man immer das ganze Haus aufweckt, wenn jemand ein Zimmer verlässt/ betritt. Und in der Dusche im OG lief kein Warmwasser oder manchmal nur nach sehr langer Zeit warten und Wasser laufen lassen.
