Fantastic holiday

We found that the location was perfect, nice and peaceful. Also we loved the fast service and the villa. We had an amazing vacation and would love to revisit here. There where a few things not working like the dishwasher and the “purple” room had bit of a smell when we first came in.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und beinhaltet auch genügend Platz für die Gäste. Einzig 2 Räume besitzen keine Klimaanlage wodurch es in diesen Zimmern schwer wird zu schlafen bei warmen Wetter.

Overall it is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Even though the house smelled a bit at first, overall it is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay! The pool is enormous and the fireplace is a really great feature of the house. Two rooms do not have airconditing, which made those pretty hot. All in all, we had a great time without any problems with Portic. -

Schon bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Besitzer begrüßt. Wir waren zwar 1 Stunde später angekommen als verabredet, aber das war kein Problem. Er zeigte uns das ganze Haus und wies uns auch auf ein paar Besonderheiten hin -Dachterrasse oben auf dem Haus und ein eigens gemauerter Grill für draussen, den wir frei benutzen durften-. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch der Aussenbereich waren perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als Es wurde ein toller Urlaub für alle, egal ob es spät in der Nacht war oder früh am Morgen. Wir haben uns immer willkommen gefühlt. vielen dank

Alles lief wie beschrieben und geplant. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist super für eine große Familie und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Der Pool ist genauso sauber wie auf dem Bild und erfrischend - ja zu dieser Jahreszeit ist das Meer wärmer Auch die Lage ist klasse, da man sehr schnell nach Arenal, Flughafen aber auch nach Palma kommt- Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Wenn es zeitlich passt, werden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen. keine sache - DANKE

es fehlte uns an nichts

In dieser schönen Finca war die Saisonabschlusstour leider viel zu kurz. Denn es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Der Eindruck, den die Fotos vermittelt, können wir nur bestätigen. Der Pool diente als willkommene Erfrischung und der Kühlschrank war groß genug für 10 durstige, hungrige Althandballer. Die Küchenausstattung mit Spül- und Kaffeemaschine sowie der Grill erfüllten unsere Bedürfnisse. Frühstück auf der großzügigen Terrasse in Schatten war genial. Hinzuweisen ist, dass ein Auto Vorort zu haben sehr wichtig ist, da es im sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet von Cala Blava / Bellavista keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten -Bäcker, Supermarkt etc.- gibt, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Dem Portic Villas Team danken wir noch mal für die großartige Unterstützung in allen Belangen vor Reisebeginn. Die Vermittlung des Transferbusses lief reibungslos. Die manchmal bellenden Hunde haben uns nicht gestört, Mücken gab es auch nicht.

Vielen herzlichen Dank

Nun sind wir wieder in unserer Heimat angekommen. Man sagt zu Hause ist am schönsten, doch diesem Fall können wir sagen, in Bellavista Haus Lirica war es am schönsten.Im Namen der Familie möchten wir uns für die tolle Zeit, die wir in diesem Haus verleben dürften, herzlich bedanken. Sagen Sie bitte dem Besitzer, das Haus war perfekt für uns, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Durch unsere täglichen Unternehmungen mit der gesamten Familie haben wir die schöne Insel kennen und schätzen gelernt. Auch unsere Kids waren mit Begeisterung dabei und die Eltern und Großeltern haben mit genauso viel Begeisterung den Pool in Besitz genommen wie die Kids.Das Highlight war der tolle Duschraum, angeschlossen am Lila- Zimmer, sogar unser kleiner Schatz von 1,5 Jahren hat die Regendusche - wie wir sie genannt haben- mit Wonne genossen. Ein kleiner Hinweis das Bett im Llila- Zimmer knarrt bei jeder Bewegung, das war nachteilig. Eine kleine Anregung noch zu Sicherheit unseres kleinen Schatz wäre es prima, wenn man einen Schutz um den Pool stellen kann. Natürlich lässt man generell so ein kleines Wesen nicht unbeaufsichtigt. Im Gesamten hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Mallorca und das Wohlgefühl in diesem Haus hat enorm dazu beitragen. Vielen herzlichen Dank, beste Grüße an den Besitzer und dem Schwiegersohn.
