Amazing Finca

Beautiful property, well appointed. The property was as described, and the host Jaume was excellent. Do note the dirt track to get to the property - don't just blindly follow gps! A bit bumpy but nothing bad. The finca suited our group perfectly, being centrally located in the island.

See my previous review from last year. We had a very nice stay this year too! Pool is super clean, you have everything you need in the kitchen and Jaume is super responsive if you have any questions. Will come again!

Beautiful very old farm. Isolated but in a good location for touring and close to Palma. Visited many ancient towns. Wonderful weather. Locating the farm on the first day frustrating as address was extremely vague and along a dirt track

Fabulous villa with everything you need and more good size bedrooms clean and spacious swimming pool and outside area fantastic great for the infants and adults spent most of are time outside.In the evenings the barbecue was a perfect extra. Wunderbar mit Abstrichen

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war ganz wunderbar. Leider funktionierte der Geschirrspüler während unserer Woche nicht. Es wurde zwar schnell auf unsere Reklamation reagiert, aber das neue Gerät sollte dann erst am Abreisetag kommen. Hinweis zur Anreise: die letzten 1500 m sind eine Herausforderung an das Auto! Und wenn man schon glaubt, hier geht es nicht weiter, tut sich dann doch noch ein Weg auf. Also nur Mut. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Und mit dem großen FOREST ist wohl eher der große und wunderschön angeklegte und gepflegte Garten gemeint und kein Wald.

Traumurlaub

Unser Gastgeber Jaime war herzlich, unkompliziert und hat uns erzählt, dass das Haus 500 Jahre alt ist. Die Finca und der grosse Garten sind wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sensationell. Die Aussenküche mit Cheminee war das I-Tüpfelchen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Einzig eine dritte Innendusche, wie im Inserat, hat gefehlt.

Ein Wunsch

Wir waren von Anfang September 24 für eine Woche in dem schönen Landhaus . Einen Wunsch hätte ich , es fehlt ein Gasgrill oder ähnliches, damit das Essen im Aussenbereich noch schöner wird und die Spülmaschine sollte ersetzt werden . Das Gescirr wird nicht gereinigt.

Pas de séjour dans cette maison car louée 2 fois !

Je ne peux pas vraiment noter cette maison puisque nous n’avons pas pu y séjourner. À notre arrivée qu’elle fut notre surprise en découvrant qu’une famille était déjà présente. Problème de gestion de planning du propriétaire : la maison a été loué 2 fois ! Apres 3h30 et beaucoup d’insistance de notre part, il a trouvé une solution pour nous reloger dans une autre finca : Son Dalabau. Je vous conseille donc de bien communiquer avec lui et de bien demander confirmation pour être sûr que cette mésaventure ne soit pas la vôtre. Si nous devions noter Son Dalabau : maison agréable, avec la piscine devant qui est jolie et pratique pour surveiller les enfants. Côté propreté : c’était OK (je suis très maniaque sur cela donc c’est subjectif) Literie : le lit double était vieux on sentait les ressorts. Les autres lits simples étaient OK. Un effort à faire sur la qualité des draps, certains boulochaient et n’étaient pas agréables au contact de la peau. Sanitaires : les douches sont à refaire, peu de pressions, mauvais état. Vaisselles/cuisine : manque des saladiers, bols. Le frigo n’est pas très grand (pour accueillir 6 adultes et 4 enfants). Nous avons apprécié la climatisation qui était discrète, le nombre de serviette (douche +piscine) mis à disposition, la buanderie très pratique, les extérieurs. Les transats de la piscine dénotent avec le reste de la maison qui a du charme (transats bleus en plastique).

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Unser Familienurlaub (6 Erwachsene + 2 Kleinkinder) war in dieser tollen Finca. Alles war sehr sauber und lief reibungslos. Jaume war ein sehr toller Vermieter, den man immer erreichen konnte und nichts zu umständlich war. Absolut empfehlenswert!
