- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. The house is lined with natural stone surrounded by gardens, has a capacity for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom (2 of them with shower and 1 with bathtube). the bathrooms are located 1 in the upper floor, 1 in the ground floor and 1 outside. living room and fully equipped kitchen. In the outer zone will enjoy fruit trees and flowers variety surrounding the house, along with a lovely pool to be enjoyed at leisure and relaxation in an atmosphere of tranquility lying in the grass and sunbathing with family, friends and / or children.
The nearest beaches are: Cala Pi, Playa de Palma and El Arenal Beach, Can Pastilla, Playa d 'Or, Cala Estància and creeks of Delta.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  The house has not heating.
