“The terrace was was awesome with large area and great views ”

“Our stay started with the air conditioning not working on the first night, leaving the room at around 35C. The host resolved it the next day.Unfortunately, the bigger issues came afterward. We suddenly had no running water at all — we couldn’t wash our hands, flush the toilet, or take showers. When we contacted the host, he claimed it was a general neighborhood issue and said he would only address it if the problem continued. However, after speaking with neighbors, we confirmed they all had……

“Es un buen hotel pero falta mejorar el servicio demasiado”

“We really love staying in this place, walking distance to everything and very secure. Nice chill place to relax.”

“The property was made for relaxing (which was my goal for the trip) I spent 3 nights and had a different breakfast each morning (included freshly baked bread, fruit bowl and the main entree) Marcela was lovely and checked in with me as I came and went. She was incredibly helpful as I navigated San Pancho. The pool (salt water) and the gift shop in the corner were lovely amenities. Would highly recommend for the solo traveler or couples. It’s a great location (everything was less than 10 mins……

“El trato súper amable de nuestros anfitriones, muy atentos y cordiales, eso hizo toda la diferencia!”

“A pesar de que no está frente a la playa, es muy Agusto caminar hacia ella, por qué no está lejos, te apoyan para encargar alimentos que te llevan hasta el hotel, su atención y servicio es excelente además que los cuartos son acogedores y muy limpios, la atención de primera, siempre con una sonrisa, definitivamente regresaré.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful, relaxing and extremely creative space. It feels like a jungle tree house with ocean sunset views. We would have been happy never leaving the hotel, it just feels good there. The staff are so kind and welcoming, we really enjoyed their company. They even shared drinks and food with us. Be sure to check out and buy some of Abuelos jewelery! Also you have street tacos a block away, the beach around the corner and Su Pancha Madre up the street for the……

“We really liked the place, would stay there again.”

“😀😀😀”

“It was advertised to get a free bottle of wine and I did not get. I also had to get the ac remote switched out because it was not working. Then I also had to go downstairs to get the tv remote switched out because that one was also not working. They were very nice to allow me to keep my luggage there while I got breakfast and they were even kind enough to call me a taxi.”
