L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une petite terrasse donnant sur un très beau jardin. La literie très propre mais très ferme. Quartier très calme avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Accès rapide aux vallées et villes environnantes. L'hôte est adorable et très serviable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Großzügige ruhige Wohnung

Ruhige und trotzdem verkehrsgünstige Lage, alles sauber und vollständig ausgestattet, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, schöne Loggia. Aussicht eingeschränkt, Einrichtung praktisch aber etwas altmodisch. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die im EG des Hauses wohnt und nur in Italienisch kommuniziert.

Excellent appartement et emplacement

L'appartement est très bien situé à Locarno, proche des transports publiques. On a pu laisser la voiture sur la place de parc prévue et éviter de devoir batailler pour trouver une place dans Locarno. La Maggia coule à 100m de la maison et c'était très agréable de pouvoir s'y baigner le soir pour se rafraichir. Giulia, la propriaitaire, est super accueillante et adorable avec les enfants. Malgré la barrière de la langue, cela n'a pas posé de problème. L'appartement est très commode.

Nette Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Nette Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Sie liegt etwas abseits in Solduno, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind aber fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren zum Wandern dort, daher hat uns auch ein etwas längerer Fußmarsch nach Locarno nicht gestört. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Allerdings ist sie nur über eine lage Treppe erreichbar. Der Balkon nach Südosten ist windgeschützt und überdacht. Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette alte Dame, die allerdings nur Italienisch spricht. Wenigstens grundlegende Italienischkenntnisse sind also erforderlich.

Cozy Place to Stay in the Biosphere

The outside of this property needs some TLC, but once inside it is very clean and cozy. There is a nice balcony, and lots of supplies for cooking. The only downsides we encountered was little toilet paper with no spare rolls, no instructions for the internet, which took hours to figure out that in a drawer there is a hotspot that needs to charge up. This should be clearly written in German & English to make things simple. Hard to contact the host on the phone...we tried a couple times. Host on the internet may take a day or two to reach and she mostly communicates in Swiss German so best if you speak Swiss German or be patient or know Google or have a translator to help you. Best to have a car in this area as it is quite remote. She has parking. The area is really great! Beautiful nature all around with little goats and sheep who greet you that live down the street. A great bakery near by and a special spring fed pond for health is up the hill from the house with walking trails everywhere. Stay here and enjoy the fresh air and tasty water. A real Swiss getaway!

Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett begrüsst und alles gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir würden die Wohnung trotzdem jederzeit gerne wieder mieten. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und es gibt einen Parklatz direkt beim Haus.
