Standing at 250 metres above sea level and spread across 3 storeys, this detached property was originally built in 1988 and has been fully renovated in 2025, combining timeless character with modern comfort. The house enjoys a quiet, sunny position on a slope within a traffic-calmed area, oriented to the south to maximise natural light throughout the day. The property is situated approximately 2 km from Locarno, offering a peaceful countryside setting while remaining well connected to local amenities and attractions. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay. Public parking is located 500 m from the house, and it is worth noting that loading and unloading of baggage is possible directly at the holiday house, making your arrival and departure as convenient as possible. The owner resides in a separate semi-detached house on the property.

The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests, specifically 2 adults and 2 children, and features 1 bedroom alongside 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area is configured as an open-plan space and includes 1 double sofabed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, making it a versatile area for relaxation and socializing. This space also benefits from direct access to the terrace and patio. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and also enjoys a direct exit to the terrace, maintaining the apartment's signature south-facing orientation. The open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the layout and provides access to the terrace as well. Throughout the apartment, natural stone floors lend a refined and timeless aesthetic.
