"The location was excellent and the room was very clean with an efficient AC (not common in Europe). We arrived at 11am (before check in time), the hotel staff helped us complete the check in process and moved our luggage to the room when we come back. The breakfast very good as well. However, the chair in the room was slightly wobbly, and there was no fridge in the room."

"這次入住非圖片上的飯店，他們說幫我升級到Grand hotel,主動開車載我們及行李到新飯店，也幫忙搬行李到房間， 房間升級為二層的閣樓房，有冷氣有冰箱，裡面設施齊全，很多插座，水壓強，位置比原訂飯店更好，就在黑死病紀念柱旁，旁邊就是地窖餐廳，走路去任何景點都很方便，最後退房時，除了幫忙把沉重的行李扛下來以外，還載我們到巴士站搭車，早餐豐富好吃，雖然沒有電梯，但服務很到位，讓人心甘情願額外付小費，感謝他們的服務與協助。"
