“Amazing apartment for our trip. Communication was great and the apartment was very clean.”

“Very nice, clean, modern and quaint little place. Great location. Great neighborhood to walk in and quiet. ONLY improvement I would recommend is a jacket hook near the shoe mat. Thank you for a very nice landing during our niece's wedding. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Needed a place for just a few days this was perfect and way better than a hotel more private and better equipped. Very clean and comfortable.”

“We enjoyed the apartment and it was a great place for the weekend.”

“This property has everything needed for a long term stay. It was very clean, finishing comfortable and the location is great. This was my second stay there and I look forward to staying at this property again in the future. I especially liked the outdoor automatic lighting that comes on when you pull into your parking spot. Not only is it convenient, it made me feel safer. Check in, check out, and communication with the host were great.”

“Place was in a rough part of town. But that’s not the issue. The issue was the sheets were dirty with some questionable stains. One stain looked like blood so I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.”

“We loved that the park was close.”

“A wonderful place to stay for 2 weeks! The host was very responsive and helpful, answered all my messages within minutes and even accommodated my pets after booking. The apartment itself was spacious and well stocked, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was great for cooking. Highly recommend both this host and this property.”

“Great place to land! It is nice and cozy, plus the location is hard to beat with it being a short drive to Boulder and Denver. We hope to stay here again soon.”

“Property was perfect for our needs. Extremely spacious. Even with only 1 bathroom, it was large enough for 2 of us to do makeup/hair at the same time. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy 30’ish minute drive into downtown Denver. Excellent communication and response time from host. Highly recommend.”

“Overall l give this property a 9 out of 10. The host was exceptional! The rooms were very clean! Located by multiple shops and restaurants to eat. l would definitely recommend my friends and family.”

“Too many issues and poor communication with the host. Bed was very loud and uncomfortable. Parking was a mess. Entry door came off the hinges and my boyfriend had to take care of this, the host didn’t respond to his text messages. Asked the host for extra linen’s and never acknowledged or responded back. Very disappointed with the lack of response and customer care.”

“We had an amazing time and the host was very accommodating! It was the perfect stay for my family of 6. We were in town for the national soccer cup and the town home was in the perfect location. The neighbors were extremely friendly as well! Over all, it was a great space for our little vacation!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. Worked very good for our needs. My only thing would be that it would be very good if it had any handicapped equipped things. I had not ask for that in my booking. So that is my error. But it was a nice house and very clean”

“Nice place”
