I had been led to believe this was a quaint hill town community and home of Texas barbecue. In fact it is a rundown ghost town next to a busy bypass litteted with fast food outlets.

The hotel is nice and spacious had a wonderful experience with the staff courteous and helpful. I attended a concert at Bass Concert its walking distancewiil definitely book again

TRULY amazing staff (especially Brenda!!!) and was so accommodating. Rooms were amazing and I 100% recommend!

The studio Haus felt very much like I lived in the neighborhood. The free laundry is an essential amenity when traveling- especially since I’d been traveling for over a week! You can take time to visit Lockhart State Park during your travels to Lockhart. You can enjoy the restaurants while in the area.
