A lovely place to stay

The house interior is very beautiful, you feel good and comfortable immediately. It is situated in a quiet street of Locmaria, a very nice village - it takes 10 minutes to the beach on foot... The contact to the owner was always very nice and sympathetic. We hope to come back in some years!

La maison est charmante, chaleureuse, et décorée avec goût. Elle correspond en tout point à l'annonce. L'emplacement est idéal au cœur de Locmaria, village très attachant et loin du tumulte touristique. Au bout du chemin la plage de Port Blanc, paradisiaque. Point de départ idéal pour des marches sur le chemin des douaniers. Et puis, ce qui est plus difficilement explicable : le charme et l'ambiance. PS. Le voisin est adorable, et propose des sorties incroyables en kayak de mer.

3 semaines au paradis

La maison de Stéphanie est idéalement placée en lisière de Locmaria, mais suffisamment proche du centre du bourg pour aller sans problème à pied au marché, à la superette, au café tabac presse. Au fond d'un petit chemin, emplacement ultra calme ! Maison bien équipée et agréable à vivre, nous recommandons vivement la location de Stéphanie.

Charmante maison Bretonne, bien équipée. On s’y est senti à l’aise. On pourrait peut-être améliorer un peu l’entrée mais, contrairement à ce que j’ai lu dans un commentaire précédent, les voisins sont discrets et ne nous ont posés aucun problème !Bonne adresse !!!

Très belle maison à Locmaria, bien située près du centre-bourg, des commerces, des plages, et du GR. Il y avait tous les équipements qu'il fallait. L'espace extérieur était bien entretenu, la maison très propre.

Calme et quiétude

Tellement décevant

Logement tellement décevant. Les points positifs : Tout proche des commerces et des restaurants. Jolie Plage à 1km. Belle Cuisine ,De belles idées de décoration. Mais : Odeur de cave humide et de moisi dans la maison dès notre arrivée avec Obligation d'allumer une bougie en permanence pour masquer l'odeur persistante : insupportable Porte fenêtre de la chambre du rdc (donne sur un extérieur) qui ne ferme pas à clef : mise en place d'une planche de bois en guise de sécurité. Mais de qui se moque t'on ? Faites réparer la serrure !! Location d'une maison pour profiter d'un jardin qui est en fait une allée de voiture avec vue sur les voisins qui entreposent caravanes et bateaux.Façade de la maison non entretenue (photos trompeuses sur Abritel) Ne parlons même pas de la petite cour située à l'arrière de la maison laissée à l'abandon. Terrasse sans aménagement : même si les photos ne revelaient rien de particulier cela ne justifie pas la veille table chinée sertie de chaises totalement rouillées et deux transats déchirés. 1860 euros la semaine dont 75 euros de ménage et plus de 1500 euros dans la poche de madame GIROD. Bref, des manquements importants quand on se targue de louer une maison à ce prix à des personnes qui travaillent toute l'année. Il ne s'agit pas d'un échange de maison.Du coup, gros doute sur les avis Abritel. (c'étaios'arenseignemendonn

Très agréable maison à Locmaria

Super séjour dans cette belle maison ancienne et parfaitement rénovée et équipée. Accueil discret de Stéphanie qui en quelques mots nous a dit l'essentiel à notre arrivée. Ensemble séjour cuisine très agréable et lumineux, chambre parentale attenante pleine de charme. 2 chambres à l'étage ... une terrasse sympa, nature, plein sud. Equipements de cuisine à profusion, rien n'a manqué... et puis ces petits riens qui font tout : un peu de condiments, café, sucre... juste pour bien commencer sans courir le premier jour. Plage de port blanc à quelques mn de descente à pied. Bref : excellente location en famille ou juste en couple pour quelques jours ou plus.

Fin mai a loc Maria. Calme assuré. Très belle côte. Commerce à proximité sauf le poissonnier ou le boucher. Mais huîtres a emporter. Supérette assez complète et boulangerie. Vélos électriques nécessaires. Pas mal de côtes En scooter c St pas ml aussi. Le logement est très bien décoré style chiné relooke. Très belles salles de bains. Grandes chambres. Cuisine parfaite. En plus comme les jardins sont tous ouverts visites fréquentes des poules des lièvres ou des faisans qui n ont vraiment pas peur de nous. Manque juste à belle île un peu de pistes cyclables et un peu moins de voitures serait idéal.
