Ideal for a family or friends\' stay! This house offers on the ground floor a large, very bright living room. Its large bay window opens onto a small, sheltered and sunny terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture. An electric barbecue is available.



Comfortable and practical, this large room includes a living area with TV and WIFI, a functional open kitchen and a dining area. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level. Upstairs, a rest area is composed of 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with 2 90 beds), with well-designed storage space, and a toilet with a washbasin.

The house is located in a quiet street in Locmariaquer, in the immediate vicinity of shops and its typical port. The first beach is 100 meters away. Many cycle paths allow you to easily reach the other beaches. 50 m from the coastal paths, bike rentals and the jetty for the shuttles of the Gulf.



The port of Locmariaquer is particularly appreciated for its terraces with sea views, its charming church and its lively market. A true postcard setting, where you can enjoy strolling and spending time with family or friends.

15 minutes from Auray, Locmariaquer is one of the only municipalities in the region to offer easy access to the wonders of the Gulf of Morbihan and the sublime Quiberon Bay (Saint Philibert, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Carnac, Plouharnel). Families will enjoy the beautiful beaches of Saint Pierre and Kerpenhir (10 minutes by bike from the house).

Access to Port Navalo, on the other side of the Gulf of Morbihan, by shuttle. Direct maritime links to Vannes.
